@BritishFailedAesthetic Because people have been pushed towards that and feel there is no other way of voicing their opinions.
To say it is 'conspiratorial' is subjective and one person's conspiracy is another's means of achieving their aims the only way they can.

@Nimbus This is why I'm centrist. I can actually get the upset over censorship and I don't like the treatment of some Conservatives.

The problem is there was a Canadian guy on here who once told me "you think MAGA is a American equivalent of fun loving goofy Boris Johnson types but they are the American equivalent of the EDL or BNP."

Extreme statement but I have heard MAGA sorts reffering to refugees as "Invaders", casual use of ethnic slurs and when a user suggested using a graveyard for housing refugees the other user said "stack em high".

I'm not fully on the left either as they have gone crazy in recent years and can be quite the divisive bunch.

@Nimbus What aims? In order to have goals you'd need to at least be able to somewhat rationally assess a situation/reality and the message of the video suggests that they are far from any reality nor have any vision.
