How can Trump be anything else than guilty?

I'm having a hard time with this.

Any reasonable person can agree there was a plan to alter the normal electoral process. Plenty of evidence here.

Any reasonable person can agree that Trump was behind those plans, or at least a major participant. Why? Because all he had to do was admit defeat and none of this happens.

Some folks may say that the plans were justified because the election was fraudulent. If that is the case, then Trump & friends need to quit being cowards and plead NO CONTEST, then provide evidence their actions were justified.

I just can't figure out why folks are still defending him.

Ever election he protested in they denied the case evidence was not even considered.

Your telling me joe biden got 10 million more votes than Obama and only had 3 rallies with less than 1000 people in total. There are two many things that just did not make since in the election. But these independent council is anything but independent. And bring a case to dc court when dc is 95% democrats he will always be found guilty.

@dale74 so you are saying he us guilty but justified?

@trollslayer not on what he has been charged with what i am saying is he would never get a fair trial in dc.

@dale74 Where would he get a fair trial?
@dale74 Since the Florida judge is a Trump today, should that trial be moved too?

@LeopoldBloom Florida was closer to 55/45 not 95/5 like dc.

@LeopoldBloom if Trump were truly guilty of what they have accused him of then he would be locked up you would never let someone who committed the crimes to walk free
@dale74 That's not how it works. He was released on his own recognizance. It's not like he's going anywhere as the Secret Service would be required to detain him if he tried to avoid trial. His arrests and arraignments were arranged with them. Trump is innocent until proven guilty, so the seriousness of the charges has nothing to do with whether he's locked up pending trial. That being said, the judge cautioned him against making threats, so if he tries that, he could very well be locked up until the trial.

Changes of venue are rarely granted. The part of Florida where Trump will be tried is more conservative than the state as a whole.
