Plus paying back the students loans, in any amount, on the backs of taxpayers cannot exceed 10% of disposable income. If you have no income for 20 years, all is forgiven. So the message is: borrow money, get a degree, don't work, get free money.
Compare this to ppp: if we had not had a plandemic, forcing mom and pop businesses to close their doors. Forced to take ppp to feed their families.
