Biden announces today that the US will send another $500M Ukraine military aid package for their counteroffensive campaign.

How do you Trump voters like that? I can imagine how much that has to piss you off 😄

Their country matters so much to them that it's okay to keep documents to do with national security all over a resort including in toilet/shower. Gotta love the patriotism ❤️

@PhilDeep at least that’s the way that the agents that raised the complex and wouldn’t let any lawyers or even secret service details go inwith them so they could stage it. Why aren’t we mentioned bidens docs that he didn’t have authority to take as a VP, hang out in his garage and 4 other locations
@Rickinnc You really need to diversify your newsfeed

@Rickinnc Cool. Fucking politicians and their lies aren't a single party issue in my opinion.

Raised...? Razed? Oh...raided. Gotcha.
and wouldn’t let any lawyers or even secret service details go inwith them so they could stage it.
I don't know who was or wasn't allowed in, but you *do* realize that, in executing such a warrant, they are attempting to make sure that they seize all appropriate materials...and that any people there don't have the opportunity to further move, hide, conceal documents, right? Trump's lawyer would have had the right to examine the warrant, but hindering the execution on the warrant woukd likely lead to further charges (interfering w/an investigation, obstruction of justice, more charges related to the documents).

But here's the real whine:
Why aren’t we mentioned bidens docs that he didn’t have authority to take as a VP, hang out in his garage and 4 other locations
(Emphasis added.)

The answer is:

If either Biden or Pence had reacted as Trump did, we WOULD be talking about it a lot!

NEITHER Biden nor Pence reacted like Trump, who

• did NOT immediately return sensitive documents when discovered;

• did NOT diligently search all other locations under his control to make sure ALL such documents were located and returned;

• DID stall for about a YEAR when requested to return such documents;

• returned SOME but NOT all of such documents known to be in his possession;

• LIED regarding the return of "ALL" such documents;

• ACTIVELY acted to CONCEAL/HIDE such documents from appropriate officials;

• SHOWED and indicated that he possessed sensitive documents to persons unauthorized to see them, etc.;

• was AWARE of his unlawful possession of them;

• was AWARE of his current inability to declassify documents;

• was AWARE of the sensitive nature of the docs.

This has been reportedly extensively, including the stark contrast between Biden's and Pence's steps to find any sensitive materials and return them as promptly as possible, v. Trump's MANY dodges to retain sensitive materials which *he* had retained.
Rickinnc · 51-55, M
@SomeMichGuy so how come when you say that Biden did return all his documents that it was only after they were found weeks after the initial batch was found, and neither Biden nor Pence had the authority as a vice President to EVER POSSESS those documents. Trump as a President has the right to declassify and therefore was legally able to possess. The other two weren’t.
@Rickinnc Trump NEVER had authorization to have sensitive docs in his possession after leaving the Presidency.

Neither of the other two had such authorization after leaving office, but you DO realize that Biden could have "pulled a Trump" and authorized himself to have these other docs...since HE *is* President.

He didn't, did he? He and Pence had areas searched which contained papers removed when they left office. They promptly turned over all sensitive documents found. That's good, though the doc handling procedures at transitions seem to require a thorough review and update.

But read the indictment. Trump took things he shouldn't have had and

• refused to turn them over for ~1 yr
• turned over some
• claimed ALL had been turned over
• showed sensitive materials to people whom he KNEW were not cleared to ser them
• KNEW HE SHOULDN'T HAVE THEM
• SAID HE COULDN'T DECLASSIFY THEM, SINCE HE WASN'T PRESIDENT
• conspired to hide, move at least some of them to illegally retain them even longer
Rickinnc · 51-55, M
@SomeMichGuy you mean the indictment from the same ppl that refuse to indict the 2 others mentioned that committed the same crime if it is a crime. The same DOJ that has been stalling on all the hunter biden crimes. I’d like to not pay income tax for 2 years and just receive probation. I think everybody should be able to do that. And then lie on a gun purchase application and have that turn into only a misdemeanor as well. You know DOJ is playing unfair
@Rickinnc

Read the indictment.

Trump actively performed a number of criminal acts NOT performed by either Pence or Biden.
