@SlaveEt None of those mentioned started out with the extreme behaviors, they were emboldened by failing economies, a frustrated population and anger, pretty much as Americans are feeling now. None of what happened was over night. "God" and the populist were sleeping exactly where we are at now. The idea of "WOKE" isn't an insult, it's exactly where we need to be.

Woke is used as a pejorative for a reason. The ideology is dividing us, killing jobs, ruining education and threatening the safety of our country and our citizens. I hope this movement dies soon.

Also "woke" only exists in right wingers heads. I guess you are refering broadly to different socio cultural movements that go against traditionalist ideals and against existing social norms.

I don't know much about DeSantis' policies but I do know Trump's policies are about capitalism, not fascism.
