Generally yes, but in blurts of short phrases with 2nd grade level words. Also of interest is they cannot read focused and on point documents, only a lot of disorganized muddled and unconnected information presented with distractions.

@LordShadowfire I get your point. But Chimps are actually quite physically aggressive. I think of Trump as more a Bonobo. Quite Chimp like in appearance, but $crews anything that moves to show dominance and takes it up the fundament in submission.😷
