No one really wants to work. It's just that some of us don't want to be free loaders'
We also acknowledge the fact that to work is being responsible.

If no one worked nobody would have anything.
it's a fact. It's the way this country is set up to run.

I am a firm believer that those who cannot accept the system of the country that they reside in should move to a country that they agree with

@specman I suppose it depends on how you define work.. Most ppeople want to achieve something, for their own dignity. Find that thing and do it well and stay the hell out of the way of other who are doing their thing. and there is enough for us all..😷

@whowasthatmaskedman Most people would rather not work and still have all the benefits of working.
I was using nobody wants to work as a generalization'. There isn't anything when it deals with the human thought process that is 100% i don't think.

@specman We can agree on that.. But there is still the definition of work. Most ppeople want to achieve, to leave their mark and make a difference. Hence the popularity of street art and graffiti. The lucky ones dont see it as work, because it is what they want to do but they get paid.. 😷

@Emosaur The man is right. I have been telling Americans who want a fair system and a future for their kids to get the hell out of America for years...😷

@Emosaur I don't care where you reside. As long as it's not here!

@Emosaur What do you think about co-ops? Seems more reasonable to allow the socialist agenda to run its course via freedom of association, keeping those negative liberties intact. I believe in social welfare but i fear a government that collects high taxes and forced labor to pay for foreign wars, that's where we are now in America.

@Emosaur Everyone in your generation thinks they're a democratic socialist. Bernie's cool...to take to a Dead concert.

@RocktheHouse Even in a co-op you're still expected to pull your own weight to help the community as a whole, otjerwise nothing would get done, the Amish is a perfect example of this.
@Graylight Bernie's a sellout, I felt so ashamed that I once supported him.

@NativePortlander1970 I know, me too, and I'd still hang with him any time. But he's always been a better 1st base coach than the pitcher.
@Graylight I can no longer trust anything Bernie says.

@Graylight What's wrong with young people demanding a better future and a better system?
Democratic socialists in the US are just social democrats in Europe and what they are advocating for is neither radical nor unreasonable.
