Not in the north. Too cold. Imagine these fools rioting in -5 Chicago this evening. Even the shootings are reduced in the colder weather.

@Virgo79: There are plenty of protesters who show up during weekday protests around here in the summer....I think we have a "Bitter-Cold" factor going on here....even too cold for Snowflakes if you catch my "drift"...hehe.
