Do most Americans have nothing better to discuss rather than politics?

most of you seem utterly obsessed on this site.
Just to make this clear, this thread is not a excuse for you to ramble on about your political opinions. I dont care.
I am just asking if you have nothing else going on in your lives that take higher priority? for those that only ever talk about politics, I imagine you guys live very sad lives.
There is only very few of you on here that i have noticed are not like that but for example you dont seen anyone outside of America, be as obsessed with politics. Its just weird

@kodiac wrong. If you read what I wrote. this thread is about Americans who make every topic, no matter what it is, to be twisted into American Politics.
I am not referring to those who talk politics but instead those who cant stop talking about them
