DYK ? : Tombstone , Arizona had much more restrictive laws on carrying guns in public in the 1880s than it has today ?

Today, you're allowed to carry a gun without a license or permit on Tombstone streets. Back in the 1880s, you weren't.

Interesting, considering that the 2nd Amendment existed then, too. Does this mean the OK Corral was safer then than now ?

In fairness, not every requirement or liberty was constitutional. Laws change and get adjusted....
