Respect personal but not private property

Capitalists try to persuade people with the idea that personal property and private property are the same things. As a result, they are unwilling to accept the way the latter exploit others.

Personal property:
• It is a property purchased solely for private
use and cannot generate profit
• Ownership rights remain with the individual
who owns the items
• it is not used to exploit anyone
• leftists do not criticize the concept of personal
property

Private Property:
• property that generates profit by exploiting
people especially workers
• Owned by a non-governmental legal entity
• The labor class gets exploited by capitalists

Private property needs to be abolished and turned over into common ownership. The only way to truly liberate society from the control of rich elites and the private interests of the few.

By your definition the government would seize my car, bank account, house, laptop, etc.?
@jackjjackson no, it should nationalize big oil and the internet so you can be safe at home and living in a democracy.
Privatized public property is what the economists mean by private property. Nobody wants yer stuff. And you certainly don't want democracy,!!!!
@jackjjackson What made you think that?
@RebelliousSpirit right -. Americans never pretend personal property is the same as Google. Or Exxon.

All of those things are “private property” according to you. @RebelliousSpirit
@jackjjackson housing can be both, laptop is personal property and so is a car. What made you think of the government?

Someone or something has to own what used to be my private property under your plan. If not the government who? I’ll miss my house, laptop and car. What about my dog? @RebelliousSpirit
@jackjjackson Ok can't take you seriously bye

I'm aware that you conservative types are afraid of democratic workplaces cause your beloved hierarchies would crumble.

Please describe how such a workplace operates? You still haven’t clarified my points regarding the subject of your thread. So response to both would be appreciated. Thank you. @RebelliousSpirit
