Xi Jinping is chasing the stupid old dream, conquering the world. Current Chinese Administration is ready to go to any extent to accomplish this goal.
USA's C.I.A is no less. It follows the same dream. However, it is more of a smart crook, backstabber, silent assassin and slow poison.
Before C.I.A, it was evil British Lords and Nazis.
Romans, French, Mongols, Macedonian Empire and etc. chased the same stupid dream.
Point is, in every era, there's someone with Dictator mindset who aims for this bull-sh*t dream. After years of war, he/she realizes it was worth nothing.
