Hillary is blaming Bill for not doing enough to help her,Bill says that Hillary did not do enough to help herself! Who is right?

I think he told her to smoke more weed so she would cough less. I think she didn't and snorted too much cocaine. Just a guess but that's what I'm thinkin. Bill is right. He's the man and the man is always right. Heh you asked. I only said what I think is going on there.
