Under Trump there was a minor rule change regarding trains. It had to do with the brakes. Buttigieg says that minor rule change caused the chemical spill in Ohio. What tripe. The cause of train derailment was an axle failed. Nothing to do with brakes or rule changes around brakes. Oh and the minor rule change around the brakes wouldn't have applied to this train anyways.
