Buttigieg blames Trump. How trite

Under Trump there was a minor rule change regarding trains. It had to do with the brakes. Buttigieg says that minor rule change caused the chemical spill in Ohio. What tripe. The cause of train derailment was an axle failed. Nothing to do with brakes or rule changes around brakes. Oh and the minor rule change around the brakes wouldn't have applied to this train anyways. This train was too short.

I am simply pointing how how foolish it sounds to blame someone for something they never even knew happened. @tindrummer so whose fault is it? Obama brought in a rule and nothing changed. Trump took out that rule and nothing changed. Biden didn't do anything and the train fell off its track.
