President Biden draws challengers

Marianne Williamson is back. She's the first declared major Democrat presidential candidate in 2024, outside of President Biden (Of course he hasn't actually launched his re election bid yet). There's also some other guy named Jerome Segal, who isn't really a contender.

it's one thing to issue a press release saying you're a candidate. the bar is set considerably higher to appear on the ballot for most state primaries. you need a registered campaign office, a physical address in the state, etc.

i have no objection to random people running so that they can address "the issues". i just hope they have more than one issue to discuss, which makes it less monotonous.
