Remember her, that governor of Alaska that for some inexplicable reason was never out of the news.

I've often wondered why, when being the Governor of Alaska, is that one up or down from the chief dog catcher of Coney Island?

Hard to say. She couldn't stick with the job and quit halfway through her term in office. She hasn't shown the intelligence to be the chief dog catcher of Coney Island. She lost her most recent election, so she is both a quitter and a loser.
