Yes, children dies as a result of higher numbers of motor accidents. The roads system connected people and commerce, allowing the country to thrive and grow. The roads were never constructed with the purpose of holding some back or violence or hunting. Roads and highways benefit all of society in one way or another. They are not tools or practices of exclusion, harm or death.

Roads ultimately benefitted the majority of children they were built for. You and I benefit from them each day. Know what I never say that about? Guns. Restrictions on my body. Keeping others down.
