Is the difference between treatment of Biden and Trump on classified documents the most blatant case of hypocrisy from the left yet?

Here we have the exact same issue with radically different consequences. The media is not crucifying Biden as they did Trump. The DOJ and FBI are not doing anything to Biden and wont. But they raided Trump's house and went through is wife and child's personal shit like he was a drug dealer.
I hate this unfair, un-American culture that has infected our great country

With Trump it involved a huge number of documents, a web of lies and refusal to cooperate with authorities. The documents included military stuff that was likely shown to unfriendly powers. With Biden it's a much smaller number and instant cooperation. No conspicuous threat to the nation. Why should they be thought equally untrustworthy men? We don't even know yet if a Republican sympathizer planted these in the hope of discrediting Biden. Conversely, it's quite clear that Republicans favor deceit, violence and criminality as a means to MAGA.

@HollyW Instant cooperation? 🤣 We only know what his lawyers are telling us and we can be sure they're not hiding anything, right? 🤣 And Biden had this stuff for six years and kept no visitor logs. Instant cooperation. 🤣Trump's "highly sensitive classified documents" apparently included Time magazine copies and a dinner menu. We're all safer now that the FBI has seized these.🤣 Republicans planted the Biden document stash? 🤣 Said by the same Democrat congressman who said Guam was going to tip over. 🤣

@graphite Think what you will. Trump is on record as saying that every time the truth comes out he just calls it fake news in the knowledge that his dimwit devotees will lap up his lies. Paraphrased of course.

Everything you've stated here is pure speculation on your part. The docs included "military stuff"? LOL. How in the hell do you know what was in there? That information has never been released to the public. Honestly, if it was truly incriminating to Trump, the information would have been leaked. Oh, but it's Trump...orange man bad...must be selling nuclear secrets to North Korea.

More speculation and one huge lie. They continue finding Biden docs and you don't know what's in those either, so how can you say there's no threat to national security. Suggesting that instant cooperation is 6 or more years is really dumb. Equally untrustworthy...no. Biden is far more untrustworthy. How do we know the FBI didn't plant evidence in the Trump files?

Best of all...who has declass authority? The president. Trump declassified everything in his possession and it's up to him what he keeps and what is part of the national archives. What was Biden's role when he stole classified documents...VP. No declass authority. A violation of the Espionage Act. Adolf Sniffler committed a really serious crime.

@BizSuitStacy Classified military documents were found in the possession of a Russian oligarch Trump was friendly with. It was all over the news. It's one thing for Trump to lie to you. Should you in turn lie to yourselves and us?

@HollyW Meanwhile....

https://nypost.com/2022/06/30/hunter-and-joe-bidens-links-go-deeper-by-the-day-devine/

Excerpt:

Evidence keeps piling up that Joe Biden lied about his family’s foreign influence-peddling scheme that reaped tens of millions of dollars for his son and brother and potentially put at risk America’s national security.

The president repeatedly has said that he knew “nothing” about his son Hunter’s foreign deals, and yet when he was vice president, he met with Hunter’s foreign business associates, from China, Ukraine, Russia and Mexico, and even chimed in on speakerphone when Hunter was with prospects.
@HollyW Oh, would you mind sharing this "all over the news" story of this oligarch that I would have heard about, but didn't. Even if the story was true, just because he knows Trump doesn't mean Trump gave him the docs.

By the way...can Biden declassify documents as VP? Well no...no he can't. So why was he in possession of them and why is it that Biden's attorneys are turning them in?

@BizSuitStacy We have no idea who Biden shared that information with and we will never find out. Kept at his China-supported Penn Center, in a box (or boxes) in his garage next to his Corvette, with no visitor logs, and who knows where else? Just another Biden scandal...
@graphite so far, docs have been recovered at:
The think tank
In the garage near the Corvette
In the Corvette
At his Delaware home

Who knows what doctors will find at his next colonoscopy?
