Is that right?

Does that mean that Mcarthy is at the peril of any stubborn Republican twat that decides that don’t like what he’s doing?

And does that mean that if Mcarthy gets voted out that they have to elect a new speaker?

No. I just forces another vote. Dems aren't going to let the nutjobs control the floor. Enough will vote present so that McCarthy will win any vote.

After one or two times that happens, the message will get thru.
