I think the Republicans' goal to pass a conservative agenda is similar to any new year's resolution to get in shape. They'll all crowd the gym to select a speaker, but then in a couple of weeks the empty treadmills and weight racks will be getting dusty.

Well we will need to watch more closely as to how he and the Republican Party function, because right now the democrats much to their credit in the last 2 years have run rough shod all over the Republicans and IMO many of the American people as well.
Pardon my directness, but time TO WAKE THE FUCK UP and see where we’re headed!!

He was the only viable candidate unfortunately. I personally cannot stand him as he is the very definition of rino. The rules package was the point to try to scale bavk government. The liberals fucked the nation with the omnibus bill. We shall see what unfolds.
