If the SCOTUS ruled in favor of these brothers, the resulting reactions would make 6 January look like a walk in the park. But it might be the same reaction to the violence of the “ Summer of love as it was referred to in 2020 after Floyd’s death. The Republicans and that includes Trump as well, failed to respond and quell them, because their polit aspirations outweighed the violence that shook our country.
Personally, I do not believe the SCOTUS has the courage to rule if these brothers’ case is proven.
