I have started my own movement

I’m tired of how our culture and society works. How our lives have become meaningless and how we spend our time just trying to reach impossible standards and careers that are presented to us as the “acceptable/right way of living”. I’m tired of how we are turned one against the other for the benefit of personal needs. We all should work together.

Intelligent people will always quietly ignore the rules of society and make up their own. But do it so as not to attract attention..😷

@CaptanianPrime Thats a wonderful idea.. In an enlightened time the leadership of a society reflects the trends of the people and does that with a little lag because leadership tends do be older and more conservative. (In stable times)
In more troubled times, when the leadership feel under threat or pressure. (Or when the society is in decline for some reason) The leadership often grab the reins and pull hard to control the populace, (usually to be sure the leadership is preserved) So we see the Iranian theocracy enforcing archaic dress and behaviour codes on women, (thinking mistakenly that women are the soft target) Or the Taliban closing educational opportunities for women( what is it with Muslims seeking to control women?) Or American leaders trying to repeal a womans right to own her body. (Maybe its not just Muslims).
The reality is that those enlightened changes are never make by leadership. The leaders follow the people or get replaced.. A little something to think on...😷

@whowasthatmaskedman That’s actually what I’m trying to do: make people follow my movement so that the leaders feel pressured to change their actions and our culture

@CaptanianPrime Yeah...Nahhhh. You have to become the leader, FIRST...Mind you. That doesnt mean becoming a President or Senator.. You could just marry a Kardashian...😷

@whowasthatmaskedman I like this expression, “cat herding” because I have a cat of my own. And yes she won’t do exactly what I want her to do, like stop hunting. Every day during the months were rats appear the most in my region, she hunts them and bring they to my bedroom. I knew I would not be able to stop her from hunting, so I started to ignore the dead rats, and only pay attention to the ones she brought alive. I would even hold the rats while petting my cat. (Afterwards when she wasn’t looking I would free the rats). Yes, she never stopped hunting, but now she never kills any rats (most aren’t even injured) and I’m happy with that.
