So, if the White guy grew-up in one of those places it's only natural that he would still have racial biases.
@DDaverde According to the video clip, it was a White guy attacking a guy from Mexico. Mexicans are classified as Whites under American law. The Black chimed in because he had been discriminated against by similar Whites in Michigan.
American racism is tricky. The Southerners don't especially like Black people but they have always wanted them. They fought a nasty war to get more of them.
The Northerners don't like Blacks and have always tried to get rid of them. They destroyed lots of the manufacturing system rather than employ them.
