@Ryderbike But millions of people killed in the Holocaust were alive during Hitler's regime, and then they weren't. As a result, countless millions of their prospective descendants were never born to be alive today or any other time.
Sorry, but the stain on German and world history left by the Nazis, who BTW were assisted by "ordinary" German citizens, doesn't come out in any wash.
