Is there any point in posting in the politics topic at the moment?

Skipping the rest of the non-US world, theres not much happening until after GA gets decided, and even then, it seems pretty much a question of how and whether the Republican can get it's shit together with Trump trying to rip it and Western Civilization, including Christianity apart for his own goals.

Seems pretty pointless to me to even check in, much less comment or post.

Am I wrong?

After a quick search it appears that there's around 16 Bills on the House floor scheduled for consideration this week alone. A big case, with wide-reaching ramifications, is currently in front of the Supreme Court too. So I guess it comes down to your own definition of "politics." It's different for everyone.
