I wonder why America wants to keep the war in Ukraine going for as long as it can ?

The answer of course is in the US military-industrial complex, as Eisenhower warned 70 years ago. The bizarre element in the current situation is that it is the US that is paying itself for it. The chance that Ukraine will contribute a cent is below zero.
