Let’s see, the democrats no longer control the House, Sinema and Manchin largely vote with the republicans so the senate is mostly deadlocked. Joe Stupid cheated his way into office with 7million votes but 11million more votes went Republican in the mid terms than democrat so, all-in-all the wave wasn’t as big as it could be but the democrats are truly fucked.

Not every case goes to the Supreme Court; most are decided by lower courts. And the laptop "investigations" will just be performance art for the MAGAGA cult. The chain of custody is too compromised for it to be used as evidence in any court, so when nothing happens, you people will have an excuse to bleat about how unfair it is that Democrats never get in trouble.
