I think most people don't really care until their own personal rights are being infringed upon in some manner, is a life or death situation, or a matter of cognitive sanity as a whole. If a person is in the ER with excessive bleeding do they provide a fictional blood type or one of their preference? They will only do that once. There is such thing as objective truth and innate reality. Something is real whether we believe it or not. Consider, do you humor flat earthers or reject their assertions out right? Whatever the answer ask yourself why.
