Now Vladimir Putin seems to be much tamed.

He didn't even attend the G-20 summit in Bali. Probably worried about his reputation in China's eyes or something. Worst thing Russia could do right now would be to attack any NATO country. Already, it's economy is collapsing and only a few countries are giving it the support it needs. Putin also looks lost in his body gesture. I think he may pull out forces soon or maybe this all us leading to some other chapter. Who knows.

I'm sure someone will correct me, but these "military exercises" were supposed to be quick, decisive, and bring overwhelming victory. Instead, things didn't go as planned, many countries in the world backed Ukraine, and Putin may have realized that a dragging, costly war is not making people fear him. Well, not the people he wants to fear him.

That, and China hasn't exactly done much for financial reasons. Russia gets a good amount of resources from China, and given war shortages, China now has the upper hand in trade negotiations.

False Russia is making TWICE on exports what it did BEFORE the "minor incursion" of a "special military operation" and the ruble is STABLE and not hyperinflated like some countries . . .
