I don't want to say I told you so, but...
I've been saying for months that polls show the vast majority of Americans want abortion access. I've been saying for months that the border issues really are nothing new for those who have been alive a few decades, and that the majority of Americans do not see this as a major issue. I've been saying for months that the majority of Americans have strong negative opinions of Donald Trump. I've been saying for months that the vast majority of Americans know the 2020 election was secure and not "stolen" and that the January 6th hearings are important, and people need to be held accountable.
But you nimrods on here tried to tell me that all wasn't true and continues to shovel Trumps crap into your body like it was ice cream.
Well, here we are, and even with bad inflation and weak Democrat candidates, there is a chance that the GOP will not even retake the House of Representatives. And you folks on here are still trying to spin things and still trying to blow the trump horn rather than have a little self reflection.
For the record, MANY of us middle of the road folks really only have a beef with Trump himself, and people like Boebert and Tayolr-Greene. Ron DeSantis is a bit too far right for me personally to vote for, but he is not in the same clown car as Trump, and therefore palatable to more people in the middle. Trump really stands no chance of getting elected again, and his entry into the race will ensure a fractured GOP and a likely Democrat win in two years.
If Trump could put aside his ego (he won't because he can't) he would announce that he is not running, and that he is passing the torch of his movement to someone else, and that he would help that someone else get elected. It would be a guaranteed GOP win, but Trump's ego will ensure another loss.
