Advertising ignorance

“Florida is where woke goes to die,” declared winning goblin Ron DeSantis after his victory on Tuesday.

Problem is, the definition (from Oxford) of woke is: alert to injustice in society, especially racism.

So if it sounds like DeSantis is preaching to a conservative, logic-free, terrified and clinging people unburdened by education, he is. For all the jokes, jibes and head-shaking you now want Florida to be the beacon. A parade led by jesters.

If you support the Party of Ugly, you will be called out. It’s a racist, sexist, pandering party who tightens the dumbly willing into a cozy bait ball before they feed their own.
