The Man in the High Castle by Philip K Dick explore the possibility of that alternate history. The US is partitioned between the Japanese half and the German half in his novel. It is inplausible that America would have fallen but hey.
I think Science would still have advanced, the NAZIs were big on that, albeit riding on the coat-tails of a brilliant generation of intellectuals schooled under the Wiemar Republic. Political correctness? Not so much. It would have been a horrible oppressive society with walls, mass surveillance and crude nationalism.
