I have been just talking to a use who actually believes dictators and totalitarian states are good. I never thought I would see something so ridiculous.

Don't know who you're talking about but it's worth noting that a key trait of narcissists will often admire people in power even if they're bad because a key trait of narcissism is seeking of power. So if you talked to a narcissist, good luck, they're like arguing with a brick wall.
