The USA has sent significantly more weapons than the Ukraine government has received.

Russia is not the only country that has had issues with rampant corruption in their Armed Forces. If there is anything to this it is quite possible some cases are "falling off the truck."

This has happened in all kinds of conflicts. Including other governments unofficially dumping weapons into conflict zones.


German SKS rifles magically appearing in Croatia comes to mind. There is alot of shenanigans that go on in war.
