OK but why is she carrying all those books instead of just using a kindle or an ereader?

"I just like the smell of books" Ok, but I prefer being able to carry millions of books around with me on tablet and saving trees.

Just a thought, but "Nerdy" girls, ie, girls as smart as guys but who still look like put together "girls" may tend to come across as a little too "perfect" or idealized.

Being physically weak or lugging around old fashioned books might make them more relatable and "human."

Granted, I got bored with Rowley's books after awhile, but Hermione needed help, imo, to come across, and with Emma Watson playing her, a school bag doesn't seem like a bad idea.

@MistyCee As if I don't like my women intelligent lol. I'm not source of meme though I React to memes.
@PDXNative1986 lol. Please don't get hostile with me, but perfect, beautiful and intelligent women don't make good characters. No matter how you identify with her, you need to identify, and, imo, while struggling to carry a backpack full of books may be a cheap vulnerability, it's better than no vulnerability at all.

@MistyCee My experenience for the record misty has often been women have the knowledge I want and while I might not be stupid and am a quick study some of the topics I really want the most have steep learning curves and they are a lot better at staying consistent in their study of those topics than I am so You know JPN 101 in college it's like I get my ass trounced by a girl despite studying out of class when I was there (it's too bad sleeping issues made me withdraw) because if I knew who she was I would have been like oh god please be my friend I could use someone to study with.

Japanese.

Women are often a lot better at Academia than men and while it's not a perfect measure of intelligence I mean.... somehow they often sitill end up more knowledgable than us despite us perhaps having a higher iq.
@PDXNative1986 Ya lost me when you went to real human beings

If she's worth pursuing otherwise, though, I'd tell you to overlook a conventional book fetish.

Think about it, if she's a perfect goddess, why would she bother with an imperfect human?

Best, imo, is partners compliment each other.

@MistyCee It's not like that. Am I that transparent? ;p

Side I kinda have a good thing going on with Lyssa anyway.

But you know: [media=https://youtu.be/RQd28DTVX98]

Might not be a Terrible idea to take her advice and start hanging out with someone who's good at the stuff I want to know.

Just kicking my ass at a topic of personal intrigue isn't going to make me fall for someone you know? it's like that's interesting, but It's not like It's even a crush.

Like for once when I suggest be my fren I might actually mean lets be friends.
@PDXNative1986 Umm, tbh, I'm old and bitter, but falling for someone you can't be friends with sounds like a path to unhappiness.
