Criminals may believe arrests and imprisonments of criminals constitute war crimes. Conservative judges may see war crimes differently than liberal judges. UN judges that hate American independence may claim Bush's decisions in the war constitute war crimes while American judges may see international condemnation of America as a bunch of crap.

No, we did not do that. God gave the US to American immigrants just like he gave the land of Judea to the Jews. God still owns the land but has given American immigrants the right to squat on it.
