Why doesnt the Second Amendment apply to airplanes?

Were ship captains allowed to restrict arms on board inside of the US?

Is there an historical precedent for infringing on this Second Amendment right, or is this just a libtard communist idea about the rights of others?

It's the LGBTQ Islamist marxist cabal/

It was legal at one time.
I think maybe a breach in the planes skin is a bit more troublesome than one on a ship. Maybe?
RedBaron · M
@Carla It would suck in either case. One literally, one figuratively but wet.

@RedBaron right? I dont see a ship sinking from a 357 though...
RedBaron · M
@Carla That might depend.

Common sense?

You are asking about guns on airplanes when it is impossible to carry a box cutter on one?
@Justme22 Yup. Just looked at Bruen again and it still doesnt make sense. Maybe it's the history of cardboard?

Surely ships are private spaces. Plenty of private spaces have signs saying no guns.

Because managerial class people ride jets.

Is it freedom to fire in a crowded airplane?
LOL. I'm totally with Tom Morello lets get these people to think more about the plight of the poor by arming the homeless.

ugh, some 2A nut is going to see this and Facebook livestream taking his arsenal on a plane, cos he's sovereign citizen who's Got Rights™ ... maybe he'll actually manage to elude TSA with a plastic 3D-printed gun and actually not get taken off the plane and arrested before he shoots out a window at 30,000 feet in the name of TeH KaHnStItOoShUn (which is going to cause everyone aboard to have a bad time)
