It's insane how even after all this time this society professionallly still insist on doing everything over the phone.

Especially as the boomers piss and moan that we have phones as a generation but never answer them..

and I promise you calling me on the phone won't speed things up even one second.

and why the hell do you 'Call and schedule an appointment" easier to just login to a web ui and schedule it yourself!
