Florida isn't having a problem supplying electricity, has hotter weather, and puts greater stress on their grid. FL has 22 million people in a state with an area of 53K sq miles. CA has 39 million people in a state with an area of 156K sq miles.
@BizSuitStacy eastern powergrid is more reliable. Western powergrid only produces about 20% of total us production (a bunch of useless windmills and solar panels)
