A simple explanation of electricity in Cali

My brother is an electrical engineer. I asked him what the difference is between a black-out and a brown-out.

A black-out means that we done ran out of juice.

A brown-out is when Jose runs out of juice

But Madonna has plenty

Gavin can choose who gets power and who doesn't. Why should the "haves" worry about a problem that doesn't affect them?

Florida isn't having a problem supplying electricity, has hotter weather, and puts greater stress on their grid. FL has 22 million people in a state with an area of 53K sq miles. CA has 39 million people in a state with an area of 156K sq miles.

@BizSuitStacy eastern powergrid is more reliable. Western powergrid only produces about 20% of total us production (a bunch of useless windmills and solar panels)
