My brother is an electrical engineer. I asked him what the difference is between a black-out and a brown-out.

A black-out means that we done ran out of juice.

A brown-out is when Jose runs out of juice

But Madonna has plenty

Gavin can choose who gets power and who doesn't. Why should the "haves" worry about a problem that doesn't affect them?

Whats funny is José will adapt without a problem because he has had to fight to survive his way through life.
Madonna on the other hand will curl up die and be a dried worm on a hot sidewalk without the comforts that keep her so well protected.
