I dont know... Queen Elizabeth was a powerful Queen who stayed in power without showing or abusing it....
England has recently been through replacement of prime Minister and the head of the royal family....
My guess would be that King Charles has no appetite for being a king more than what he has for a joyful free life.... His crown prince seems to be making a more seriouse king than him, himself...
