If President Trump didn't hang obama's official portrait up because he's racist why did it take president biden nearly two years to hang it?

LOL I'm going over to my brother's place for dinner tonight. I collect all of these awesome graphics you guys post, and I secretly text them to my brother and his son. So here is how the game goes:
We all constantly glance at our phones, so I just press a couple of buttons and the meme is sent to my brother and nephew. Then I make eye contact with them and smile. Now it's their job to slyly check their phones, and not get busted by "Mom."
But the hardest part for them is to not smile or laugh, because then we will all be busted.
They have a chocolate lab, and a yellow lab. (but looks more white than yellow)
Bailey is the chocolate, and Willow is the honky.
One Christmas my nephew explained to me that Willow gets the best presents, because she has white privilege. lol
During dinner tonight, I'm going to ask my nephew to give your graphic/card to Willow. I'm pretty sure he will crack, and laugh.
