If President Trump didn't hang obama's official portrait up because he's racist why did it take president biden nearly two years to hang it?

I wouldn't want a picture of that America-hating POS in OUR White House, either. In Biden's case, he doesn't even remember who it is, but he is racist.

I watched a show on FOX, and they sent a reporter to a liberal college campus. The reporter asked students if they liked Obama. They all said he was the best. Then the reporter asked the students who Obama's vice president was. They didn't have a clue. lol
