I am far from America and even further from following politics but can you explain to me in simple words

What happened and all SW was filled with hating Trump and now it's filled with praising him ? From that far, it definitely looks like a propaganda to me. How I perceive it, your media was hating on him so you all did. Now your media must be into something so you suddenly all love him ?
I see that happening everywhere, people following what papers, blogs and social are feeding them.
Can you please make it simple to me, am I missing something ?

Neither I am American or I live there. But I noticed this in some other parts of world also including my own country India. The reason behind all that seems is to create an environment of distrust in governance. And this seems to be politically influenced by international forces. Some rumors claim that China is behind it. They say they have whole team to influence you through conventional as well as using social media. And the sad thing is that most people are falling in trap of them and are proving themselves as fools.
