I'm not British but I follow british Politics a little. Truss seems a little timid to me, and she is welcomed with open arms today and the near future, but she will be hounded by her adversaries soon, and if she doesn't bow to their whims I guess she'll last a few months. Unless she is as tough as Boris. But in the end she will have the same faith as Theresa May who was also a victim in a manor of words. So I give it 2 months, maybe 3

@swirlie Yes. She needs to at least win an election, which is a long shot in the present political climate. If she was to win that, then she will have a very strong mandate. But I guess this is all to see for the future. She seems to be anti-scottish regarding allowing a referendum for independence

@swirlie Agreed, but it was still a good valid question. If she does win the next election maybe we will be both surprised. But British Politics is a bit surprising to say the least, With Brexit, The Northern Ireland Protocol, the way Boris was sort of turned on against, Theresa May betrayed too. It would fill volumes for a good movie, lol
