BOOM! Federal Judge Reveals Incumbent President Joe Biden Ordered FBI Access to Mar-a-Lago Documents

They lied.

On Monday, August 8, 2022, the Biden FBI-DOJ raided President Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago and rifled through his home and belongings for 9 hours. The FBI even ransacked 16-year-old Barron Trump’s room and First Lady Melania Trump’s closet.

The following day White House Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre told reporters that the Biden White House learned of the raid in the news.

Jean Pierre insisted that the President was not briefed on the raid.

Earlier today, Judge Aileen Cannon granted President Trump’s request for a Special Master review of the material confiscated by the Biden DOJ during their raid on his home at Mar-a-Lago.

Judge Cannon also ‘temporarily enjoins’ or forbids the Biden regime from ‘reviewing and using the seized materials’ pending the completion of the review.

The Gateway Pundit posted the judge’s decision earlier today.

On pages 2-3 of the ruling Judge Cannon revealed that it was JOE BIDEN who ordered the FBI access to the Mar-a-Lago documents and President Trump’s personal belongings.

Joe Biden lied. The White House lied. And now they are caught.

Biden denied it all.

Lying seems to be a theme of Biden's presidency. Lies, deceit, abandonment, corruption.
They constantly CLAIM Trump and MAGA people are that way and never have proof.
And, all the while, they are doing it themselves!

The judge admitted that Trump still had illegal materials though so can't be lying exactly.

@SatanBurger And we can be sure Clinton, Obama, Bush, etc never did anything wrong as far as "questionable" possession of documents. Only Trump. Crooked FBI/DoJ need to be disbanded. Meanwhile, Hillary destroys 33,000 subpoenaed emails. Nothing to see here, folks! (I get it - it's tough having to defend a vote for that mega-idiot crook Biden. Some of us were aware of what an idiot Biden has been as far back as the 1980s, when he stole a campaign speech and tried to pass it off as his own.)

@SatanBurger He had the authority to declassify anything he wanted. You can keep your head in the sand and pretend this is not a political witch hunt by the Democrat Party, using the FBI as a weapon, against their chief political rival. Democrats just love Soviet-style, "You find the man, I'll find the 'crime'" prosecutions. (I'd be pretty defensive too if I voted for a mega-idiot like Biden. His history of lying and corruption is no big secret.)

@SatanBurger He had the authority to declassify anything. if you can't see this is a "Let's see what we can get Trump on" prosecution, there's not much hope for you. The FBI previously has been caught fabricating "evidence" for FISA warrants to spy on Trump and on and on. Democrats are hoping they can dupe enough of the American public into thinking the DoJ and FBI are trustworthy public service agencies and not weapons of the Democrat Party. Looks like its working. (Do you remember Biden's Neil Kinnock speech theft fiasco? Don't you remember that?)

@graphite I don't think that logic is sound because if you had spies in other countries, they can't give the president unlimited authority to "declassify" anything if it risks national security. So I'm sure you're not right which is why a judge who also ordered the Biden administration that they can't interfere but is still bringing charges against Trump nonetheless.

@graphite Again what someone did 15, 20, 200 years ago doesn't affect the now. If you were ever stopped by the police for committing a crime, you could technically say "oh but someone else around the world is committing a crime why didn't you arrest them?" It still wouldn't work bud.

@graphite The President DOES NOT have the authority to de-classify anything. Personnel and Nuclear secrets can not be declassified. The President does have the authority to begin the declassification process, but he can't just wave his magic wand and state everything in now declassified.
