Not a well known. Al Frankin lost his close election for US Senate to Ron Colman. The difference in the count was less than 0.5% which automatically tigered a recount. As the recount was completing, Frankin was still behind. Then out of no where, a a box of uncounted ballots where found. Suspicious? I'd say so. Everyone of them was for Frankin. So Frankin "won" the recount. Frankin also became the 60th democrat senator. That single recount gave the democrats 60 senate votes for Obamacare.
