They're on Weiner's laptop? You're confused, I thought they were supposed to be in her server.
Reminder, for dummies: the FBI confiscated said laptop, right before the elections, and knew based on their forensic investigation, that it had nothing incriminating on it, other than Weiner exposing his weenie to a teeanger, but decided NOT to release their findings, until after the elections, allowing Trump's side to continue to lie about it, and stupid people bought it. Oh, wait never mind.
