Votes haven't mattered for a long time. Keep in the public
convinced they matter is important, though, to maintain the illusion people have freedom of choice.

@PhoenixPhail The people may not have a choice in election at this point in time but we always have freedom of choice over matters that involve God, his commandments and how we conduct our lives.
